The very first designer who took a chance on me and accepted me onto her CT was Nathalie of eNKay Design. You can find her store at Scrapbook Bytes and at enkay-design.com. Since creating for here I have had the privilege to use some awesome kits and templates. The very first page I created was with her kit Walk Through the Forest.

I am working on a word art freebie with Summer Bliss and as soon as I have it ready I will post the link. Thank you for those of you who took time to look at my blog!!

Oh, my I've been gone so long......

I can't believe how long I've neglected this poor little blog. So much has happened since my last post. We have discovered that Sebastian has speech apraxia which is a relief because we now know and are working on getting him vocal. Schyler is now 9 months old and babbling away as well as crawling super fast. I can't believe he will be a year old in 2 months!!! I have started back to school and I am super excited about going. Although I believe my brain has suffered major losses since I last went. I have become a creative team member to some wonderful ladies!!! For those of you who don't know what I am talking about, I create scrapbook pages with designer's kits for them and help advertise. I have started creating clusters and quick pages for them also. I love it!!! Bobby is the same. Still goes to work, plays sports when he can and that is about all. He goes on vacation in 2 and a half weeks. I will also be turning 30 in 2 and a half weeks! It doesn't bother me much to turn 30. Besides it's the new 20, right!? Well I will be posting my super layouts from all the designers I work with starting today and I will try to keep up. I will start a new post and highlight the designers and will do one a day since I have a lot to show you from each. So here we go.....

Oh My So Far Behind!!!!!

OMG, I have missed so many days until this post will be 5 miles long, or so it seems. So I will definitely have to give the brief outlined version because this will be a week's worth of our events. LOL

Tues, March 30, the boys actually took a nap at the same time. It was oh so nice. I finished washing all the laundry!!! I hate laundry at least the folding and putting away part. That takes me forever. But I got it done and all put away. I took the boys into the backyard to play while I cleaned up sticks and such. Schyler sat in the stroller and played with his toys. Sebastian kept going in and out of the house. Which I found surprising since he loves to be outside. He only tried to escape once through the broken panel of the fence. I had a meeting with BCW (Babies Can't Wait) coordinator. She explained all the details and some options open for us. It just happened to be Laura who is Scott's wife. So she knows Bobby too. She told me about some of the church's that offer mommy's morning out so I will definitely be putting that to use after we move. Sebastian and I had speech time that night. We focused on body parts for a little and pointing to his nose became seriously funny. He had me in tears from laughing with him. After speech I put Sebastian to bed. He really likes the Barney part of our bedtime routine. We will read a story, do some signs and then I tuck him into his bed. Next, he lies on his belly and I push Barney's belly and we sing the "I love you" song. After the boys had went to bed it was time for me to clean the kitchen, take a bath and head to bed.

Wednesday, March 31, the boys and I got up at 8am. The boys had breakfast and then Schyler fell asleep in his bouncer. Bobby got up 15 minutes before he had to be at work so needless to say he was a little late. I served lunch and then organized my scrapbook downloads while the boys took a nap. Schyler is getting better at taking set naps during the day. He usually takes one 2 hours after he wakes up and then again at 1pm. After that he will maybe take a catnap once before his 7pm bedtime. We went to Valdosta because Picture Me called Tuesday to let me know our St. Patty's pics were in the studio. When we arrived at Wal-mart to get the pics no one was there, go figure. So I went to the car lot to get a replacement tag while I waited for mine to come in like the guy told us. Well come to find out he was wrong and his dad was still bitter about selling us the car for so little. So I didn't get the replacement I just have to go pick up the tag at the tag office. From there we headed to Roadhouse to get Bobby's check so we could get diapers. We went to the other Wal-Mart, bought diapers and deposited his check. Then I got gas from Sam's club and headed back to get the pictures. By this time they had gone for the day. UGH!!!!! We went home, had dinner, baths and went to bed. No park today but we will try again tomorrow. Highlights from the day: Sebastian climbed up the fridge.

Thursday, April 1, was a pretty boring day or at least by the time I tried to remember what happened I couldn't. I blame this on having 2 children who seemed to have sucked the very brain cells from within my head. Schyler was up every 3 hours last night. Yuck!! It doesn't happen all the time but when it does it sucks!!!! The boys were up at 8am. This is beginning to become a normal wake up time, which I can deal with more than 6am. Schyler now eats 1/3c of cereal plus a 5 oz bottle for breakfast. He is definitely an eater!!! Other than that pretty normal and boring day.

Friday, April 2, again pretty uneventful day again. Schyler started bananas today and took 2 naps. Woo-hoo! In other exciting news, Sebastian did a hand stand against our bed. That seems to be is new favorite thing to do.

Saurday, April 3, we went to the Lake Park Easter Festival. It was a day with a few firsts! It was Sebastian's first time on a horse, in a bounce house and on a bouncy slide. He loved all three!! I saw April from my PiVP group and she hleped me out so that I could slide down the slide with Sebastian. Thanks bunches April!!!! Sebastian saw the Easter bunny and gave him lots of hugs, it was so sweet!! After the egg hunt we came home and the boys took a nap. Then it was dinner, bath and bedtime. Phew, what a fun-filled day! It could have only been better if Daddy would have been able to go with us. Maybe next time.

Sunday, April 4, EASTER!!!! And guess what, Bobby was off today!!!! We did a little family activity at our house first and then went to Jennifer & Stacy's. We dyed Easter eggs and then hunted them in our backyard. It was so nice to do a family activity like this. I made cupcakes and we went to Jennifer's where we hunted eggs, yet again. This time Sebastian was over hunting eggs he wanted to play with the toys instead. We had dinner and by then it was 7pm and Schyler was ready for bed. Sebastian was too because he didn't get much of a nap on the way there. Schyler was asleep as soon as I put him in the car. All in all it was a wonderful day!!!

Monday, April 5, we went and looked at 2 properties for rent. We really liked the first one. It was big and had a good sized backyard but it won't be ready til the middle of May. :( We have to see if Barker will let us rent for 2 weeks while the other one is getting ready. (*Fingers crossed) Bobby played golf while the boys and I went home. After that it was just a relax at home kinda night. Unfortunately the Alfredo sauce I made wasn't as good as the normal sauce but hey it will be okay. After the boys went to bed we watched Race to Witch Mountain and then went to bed waaaaaaaaayyyy too late.

So I'm sure by now everyone is as tired of reading as I am of typing. Hopefully I keep this up to date nightly now instead of a week at a time. LOL

Marvelous Mondays

Ah, the end of the beginning. Monday is over but the week has just begun. I stayed in my pj's all day!!!! It was so nice. Let's see, what happened today? Bobby went to work at noon. The boys and I woke him up at 11am so we could spend a few minutes with him before work. Schyler didn't want to sleep much today. I guess he was making up for sleeping yesterday. LOL Sebastian was good for me today. He has this new thing of kissing stuff. Like his cup, toy or whatever he happens to be holding. For instance, I gave him juice after he signed more please, and when he took his cup from me he tasted it and then kissed his cup. It was so cute. Otherwise it was a Spongebob/UmiZoomi filled afternoon. I finally cleaned the house. I had been procrastinating badly on that but we have visitors coming in the morning.

Bobby emailed his schedule to me today and he actually got Easter off!!! Woo-hoo!!! This is a busy month for us. First we have Easter, then Schyler's 6 month appointment, our 6 year wedding anniversary, Bobby's birthday and we move. Plus Bobby has to go to Jax for a meeting but unfortunately it falls on his birthday so I don't get to spend the day with him. :( Did I mention Schyler turns 6 months in April! OMG, where did the time go? Our boys are growing up so fast!! I wish I could pin my eyelids back so I wouldn't be able to blink! (hehe)

I am looking forward to meeting with the PiVP moms some more. They were very nice Saturday at the Easter get together. I was nervous before hand. I hate meeting new people only because I am not very good at mingling. A few of them have become my friends on Facebook and I discovered that one of the moms is a photographer and has very reasonable prices. YAY!! I think we will use her for Schyler's six month pictures.

Tonight was bath night for the boys and while Sebastian was finishing dinner I was going to give Schyler a bath. Well while I was getting the water ready Sebastian decides to climb into the tub with all his clothes on and start playing. So it became a two for one deal. Which was better, at least then they both got a bath and I didn't have to go back later for Sebastian's bath. Schyler went to bed after his bath and Sebastian stayed up and finished his dinner. I knew it was time for bed when he crawled up on the couch and sat beside me and just stared at the tv with his little tired eyes. We went and brushed his teeth and did the Barney song and after I shut his door I didn't hear anything out of him. He was out! I watched a little more Project Runway and then started the dishwasher and came in here to blog. Ta-da!! And that was my night.

My FIrst Blog Post

This is my very first blog post. Kind of exciting but at the same time overwhelming. Will I be able to keep up with this blog? What do I wish to accomplish with the blog? Well hopefully I can log our daily events and keep our family up to date on what's going on with us. I can also post daily pics as I am trying to do a project 365. I will also be posting those pics later (when I learn how to :P). Today was kind of uneventful. Schyler woke up at 8am which is better than 6am. We got up and he ate while I tried to keep my eyes open. Not such an easy task today. Sebastian on the other hand slept in til 10:30a. He must have been tired. Bobby didn't have to work til 3p so he slept in til noon. We had spaghetti for lunch and then we had to all get dressed because at 2:30p we had to go look at a house for rent. Our current lease is up at the end of April and I still have to pack this entire house. Ugh :( It was an okay place but I'm not sure if we will get it. We still have to discuss it but probably not tonight. I hope to be in bed by the time Bobby comes home tonight. The boys and I came home and Schyler took a nap (amazingly) and Sebastian watched Spongebob. Later we watched an episode of UmiZoomi which the boys love! It is so funny to watch Schyler as he laughs and gets so excited. Then I fixed Sebastian some dinner and fed Schyler some carrots and put him to bed. Sebastian is currently still up but he is about to go to bed too. I am definitely not too far behind them. Oh yeah, today Sebastian had his first Peep!! Hopefully I will upload those with this posting. I don't foresee this house getting cleaned tonight so it will be a day full of cleaning tomorrow. Tuesday, Laura from Babies Can't Wait, comes for an evaluation and to let us know where we stand with Sebastian's speech therapy. So Tuesday should be a blog filled evening.
